The authoritative version of the PulseNeko Bridge Terms of Service is the
Simplified Chinese version. An English translation is in preparation.
In the meantime, US users contracting with PulseNeko Limited (US) may rely on
the Chinese version as the binding agreement; in case of any inconsistency between
a future English translation and the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails
until a notarized English version is published.
Key Commitments (Summary)
PulseNeko Bridge is an AI gateway. In §7 of the Chinese version we make
two tiers of contractual commitments, depending on channel type:
Official channels (anthropic / openai — direct upstream contracts, ×2.5 multiplier) — end-to-end guarantee:
- Model integrity — the
modelfield forwarded upstream is byte-identical - Precision integrity — original weights only, no quantized / distilled substitutes
- Context integrity — system prompts, history, and tool definitions pass verbatim
- Capability integrity — vision, tool-use, streaming, prompt caching, extended thinking, JSON mode all preserved
- Billing integrity — token counts match upstream
usagefield - No cache reuse
Third-party channels (cc and similar — discount aggregator upstreams, ×0.5 multiplier) — byte-passthrough only:
- We forward your request bytes unchanged to the third-party upstream
- We return upstream's response bytes unchanged to you
- We bill exactly per the third-party's reported
usage - We cannot guarantee what the third-party does on its side (routing, quantization, truncation)
- This is the cost of the discount, and Model Square labels every model's channel transparently
Remedies are tiered: 10× refund for official-channel violations, 3× refund for third-party passthrough violations, both with public incident reports and a 7-day response SLA.
